What happens to my Private Investments if StashAway gets acquired, goes public, or closes?

If StashAway gets acquired, goes public, or closes, nothing happens to your investments. Citibank serves as a custodian of funds, where your funds are completely segregated from StashAway’s company account. In addition, you will authorise Asia Wealth Platform Pte. Limited. (the parent company of StashAway) to appoint Pacific Trustees (licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore) as a bare trustee to hold the shares held in companies or the units of the underlying fund(s) on your behalf. The trustee will continue to safeguard them if the situation were to arise.
