Can I withdraw in USD to a USD account?

Yes, you can, if you have previously deposited USD in your StashAway account. 

If you have only deposited AED but are withdrawing to a USD bank account, your bank may charge you fees when receiving the fund, such as exchange rate and transactional fees, for the transaction.
