What currency can I deposit in my StashAway account?

We accept all currencies for our General & Goal-based Portfolio, and there’s no minimum deposit amount. Both portfolios contain US-domiciled and UK-domiciled ETFs that take investments in USD. This means that deposits in USD will be invested directly, and any other currencies will be converted.

For AED deposits to USD, there’s a currency conversion fee changed by our vendors at 0.08% on the spot rate, respectively.

Note that if you deposit in currencies other than USD or AED, it will be converted to AED at the bank's exchange rate. Then, it’ll be converted to USD by our vendor at 0.08%, on the spot rate.
